What do we need to bring?
Any bedding, Sleeping bags, pillows and towels. Plus any food and drink.
Whats included?
The vans are fully equipped, although there are extras if you would like to purchase such as bike racks, European insurance, extra driver insurance.
Whats not included?
Any campsite fees or Diesel, you have a full tank at pick up, just fill up on the way back.
Ive never used a camper van, is it easy?
Simples, you will be given a full tutorial on how to use the van including any tips and tricks. Plus there are links to video tutorials Youtube for a reminder.
Where do we leave our car?
You can leave your car in our secure facility for the duration of your rental.
Who can drive the van.
The stated driver. aged between 25 - 75 with no more than 6 points on you r licence. Additional drivers can be added for a small fee at checkout.
Is there a bond?
Yes, we require £750 as a bond payable by debit card at pick up. Your bond will be fully returned, up to 4 days after you return the van.
Is our mileage limited?
No, You can do as many miles as you like.
We are from overseas, can we hire your vans?
Absolutely, it would be an honour. You will love what Wales has to offer. Just email us first with your details to get you set up with the insurance company. Cardiff airport is only 20 minutes in a taxi.
